Website Development and Promotion for a Permanent Makeup Artist in the US: Inna’s Beauty Space Case Study
Client: Permanent Makeup Artist
Niche: Permanent Makeup
Region: United States

Strong projects are rarely built in a single launch. They evolve together with the business and the artist: their experience, professional growth, audience, and new markets.
We have worked with Inna’s Beauty Space for many years. We created the first version of the website, its design, and advertising campaigns when Inna was just starting her path in the beauty industry.
After moving to the United States, the project entered a new stage. We needed to preserve the strong foundation, register new domains, and adapt the website, advertising, and customer journey for a different market.
About the Project
Inna’s Beauty Space is a permanent makeup practice in Ohio.
Services include:
- different permanent makeup techniques for eyebrows;
- permanent eye makeup;
- permanent lip makeup;
- tattoos.
Inna has more than 10 years of experience and more than 3,000 clients. In the United States, she has already earned a 5.0 rating based on 70 Google reviews. Her overall experience and number of grateful clients over the years are much greater.
How We Updated the Website
We completely refreshed the website’s visual design, retained the strongest parts of its structure, and made it a more effective tool for trust and appointment booking.
- Updated the design and adapted the website for the US market.
- Created separate landing pages for each service.
- Added conversion-focused and SEO copy, reviews, and work examples to the service pages.
- Built dedicated pages for the portfolio, pricing, reviews, FAQ, contact details, and location.
- Created an About page with Inna’s story and certificates.
- Added a Google Reviews section.
- Created an interactive Before/After block where visitors can move a slider across a photo to see the result.
How the Website Helps Clients Make a Decision
For permanent makeup, trust matters more than any beautiful banner. A potential client needs to understand:
- who will perform the procedure;
- the artist’s experience;
- which services are available;
- what real results look like;
- what other clients say;
- how much it costs and how to book.
We structured the website around those questions. Each page does more than describe a service: it provides answers and helps the client make a confident booking decision.
Advertising and Lead Management
In parallel, we continued running advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
Advertising brings people to the website, but each client makes the booking decision after seeing clear service descriptions, real work, reviews, and the artist’s experience.
To keep inquiries from remaining only in an inbox, we set up lead tracking in Google Sheets. Every inquiry is added to one shared table with the client’s name, phone number, inquiry time, and status. This gave the artist a simple working tool for tracking inquiries and managing appointments.
Result
Inna’s Beauty Space gained more than an updated design. It gained a digital foundation for operating in a new market:
- a website adapted for the US audience;
- separate landing pages for services;
- a portfolio, pricing, certificates, FAQ, and contact details;
- 70 Google reviews and interactive Before/After blocks as trust-building proof;
- Google and Facebook advertising campaigns;
- a clear process for tracking and handling inquiries.
We do not work only for the business. Our goal is to make a client’s path to a quality service simple and clear: help them find an experienced artist, see real work, understand the procedure, and book with confidence.
When clients feel confident in their choice and satisfied with the result, the business grows too.
